Operational coordination with PR, social media, and influencer agencies. Management and follow-up of product shipments to press, influencers, and brand ambassadors. Support in the organization of brand events, product launches, and special activations. Monitoring of publications, media coverage, and campaign results. Preparation of reports and analysis of communication and influencer marketing KPIs. Support in the creation and adaptation of communication materials. Administrative coordination: budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking. Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Education, and Sales teams. QUALIFICATIONS Student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in communications, influencer marketing, social media, and the beauty industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. High level of English proficiency.
