The Demand Planner role, reporting to Italy Demand Planning Leader, is responsible for building accurate demand forecasts and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. Ensure the Initiatives Master Plan is executed in line with timings, volumes and Company KPIs. The role plays a key part in the S&OP process, supporting business decisions and optimizing inventory performance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with high international exposure. Analyze sales trends and monitor the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions Actively contribute to the S&OP process with detailed forecasting analysis and cross-functional alignment Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models Coordinate and align forecasts with product launches, promotions and supply constraints Manage large and complex product portfolios (hundreds of SKUs) Support decision-making across cluster and global teams Monitor inventory performance and suggest corrective actions THE WELLA IDEAL FIT Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or other relevant fields; A minimum of 5 years' experience in Demand Planning/forecasting roles Proven experience managing complex portfolios (hundreds of SKUs) Experience with demand planning tool (BlueYonder preferred; JDA) Mandatory: SAP knowledge Fluency in english is a must-have Good analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude Collaboration and stakeholder management, team work attitude
