To strengthen our team in Lithuania, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented: CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Your Mission As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience while ensuring efficient order processing, logistics coordination, and business support activities. Acting as a central link between customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and the sales team, you will help drive operational excellence and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners. Coordinate order processing, confirmations, deliveries, and freight transportation. Manage relationships and daily operations with external warehouse partners. Prepare invoices, reports, and other administrative documentation. Collaborate closely with the local Sales Team to support customer needs and business objectives. Maintain and update the company website and My Puratos e-shop platform, including content translation and localization. Ensure smooth information flow between local stakeholders and international suppliers across Europe. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination or a similar administrative role. Interest and experience in marketing and digital content management activities. Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP experience is considered a strong advantage. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach. Customer-focused mindset with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
