SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION Originate, develop and execute financing, balance sheet optimization and structured hedging solutions for Global Banks and other Financial Institutions. Work with key stakeholders, including trading and structuring to identify client opportunities, deliver bespoke solutions and execute transactions across financing, liquidity, collateral and risk management activities. Work alongside the team to market and execute of primary transactions, including transaction pricing, negotiation, documentation and booking, managing internal processes, while ensuring a high level of client coverage and relationship management. Provide ongoing lifecycle management and after-sales support for transactions, including restructurings, collateral optimization, amendments and other post-trade events. Advise clients on funding, liquidity, capital and balance sheet optimization solutions, helping them navigate regulatory considerations such as LCR, NSFR, leverage ratio, CVA, and any other financial metrics Maintain strong governance standards by ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk limits, booking accuracy and documentation requirements, in close coordination with Sales COO, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Risk teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Originate, price and execute primary and secondary market transactions across Structured Hedging, Financing and Scarce Resource Management activities.] Develop and manage relationships with Global Banks and other Financial Institution clients to identify and deliver financing, balance sheet optimization and risk management solutions. Work closely with Trading, Structuring and Financing teams to originate, structure and execute bespoke client transactions. Lead transaction execution, including pricing, term negotiation, documentation review and booking oversight. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage transaction lifecycle events, restructurings, amendments and other client-driven requests. Analyze client funding, collateral, liquidity and regulatory requirements and develop tailored solutions to address their objectives. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines (SHB, client onboarding, credit approvals, product governance, margin policies, restructuring policies, etc.). Maintain effective coordination with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Middle Office and other control functions throughout the transaction lifecycle. Contribute to business strategy, client coverage planning and the identification of new revenue opportunities across the Financial Institutions franchise. Promote operational efficiency and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows and enhance client service. Support knowledge sharing, mentoring and training of junior team members, interns and new joiners.
