This role sits within the CTO Core & Group organization and reports to the CTO. It plays a key role in SCOR’s transformation agenda, leading the technical evolution of a legacy monolithic platform into modular, cloud-native, domain-driven core services aligned with our target enterprise architecture.

This is a multi year major transformation program driven by strategic initiatives and will enable a product driven operating model.

The Engineering Lead, (focusing on the how) will co-lead the initiative alongside the Delivery Lead ( focusing on the what), ensuring strong alignment between business priorities and engineering

execution. In this context, the role focuses primarily on technical leadership, solution architecture, and delivery excellence, while the Delivery Lead drives functional and business dimensions.

The position operates in a highly transversal environment, working in close collaboration with business domain CTO (P&C, L&H, Finance), AI, Data, and Analytics teams to promote a data-driven architecture and AI-first engineering practices.

The services delivered will be designed as enterprise-wide capabilities, consumed across multiple business domains including P&C, L&H, and Finance, requiring strong alignment and collaboration across the organization.
