Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be expected to:
Prepare quotes and provide support to account managers
Participate in the renewal process of technical support contracts
Respond to internal and external customer requests by email and phone
Analyze customer requests to ensure compliance and efficient processing
Process evaluation requests and issue software licenses
Coordinate the assignment of application specialists to sales activities
Update and maintain data in the CRM system
Support our global network in deploying our enterprise solution
Qualifications
Have at least three years of experience in customer service
Be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with CRM tools (knowledge of Salesforce is an asset)
Possess an advanced level of English*, both spoken and written
Be autonomous, resourceful, and an effective communicator
Collaborate actively in a team, both in person and remotely
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and openness to change
Manage priorities effectively and stay well organized
Be meticulous and quality-focus
Respond professionally to internal and external requests
Show interest in structured and organized administrative work
