Hyatt Place Cancun Airport We are looking for an experienced Controller with a strong hospitality finance background, excellent analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to support the hotel’s financial performance and ensure effective management of its resources. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and interpret financial statements, operating results, and key financial indicators. * Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts. * Monitor and analyze expenses, costs, and budget variances, recommending corrective actions when necessary. * Prepare financial reports and analysis to support General Management decision-making. * Monitor the financial performance of the hotel’s different departments. * Oversee accounting processes, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and internal controls. * Participate in monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. * Identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement. * Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Support internal and external audits. * Partner closely with General Management and department leaders on the hotel’s financial planning and performance.
