We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our consulting team and support a global leader in the consumer goods industry. You will lead people‑centric adoption for Digital & Data initiatives using PROSCI/ADKAR, from framing to sustainment, working with Change Leads, CDTOs, Initiative Owners, and Digital/Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the change foundation by running the 4Ps, clarifying success and KPIs, conducting PCT assessments, mapping key actors, personas, impacts, and analyzing resistance.
- Design and plan change execution through comprehensive Change Plans (communications, sponsors, managers, capability building, reinforcement) and prepare rollout materials.
- Lead activation activities by facilitating workshops, demos, and supporting project rollouts in collaboration with initiative teams.
- Sustain adoption over time by monitoring ADKAR progression, tracking usage KPIs, deploying remediation actions, reinforcing behaviors, and transferring ownership.
- Ability to draft clear, engaging, and audience‑appropriate communication materials, supporting transformation initiatives through high‑quality content such as announcements, newsletters, FAQs, guides, and enablement assets.
- Contribute to governance & community by reporting to the Entity Change Lead and actively participating in monthly change meetings, sharing best practices and WoW.
Candidate Profile - Experience
- PROSCI‑certified Change practitioner (mandatory) with 3+ years of experience in complex, global, decentralized environments; strong at executive‑level facilitation and creating enablement content.
- Mastery of ADKAR and PCT, with solid stakeholder coaching capabilities (ABC/CLARC roles) and a people‑centric change philosophy.
- Skilled in communication, workshops, and adoption‑focused activities supporting transformation programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Change Factory Cockpit/toolkit, content guidelines, and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
- Comfortable using Klaxoon/Kahoot for workshop facilitation and engagement.
- Professional French & English
