General information   Join CFAO South Africa !   CFAO South Africa is a key player in South Africa’s mobility market.With more than 7,200 colleagues and over 160 sites, CFAO South Africa offers vehicle and truck sales and rentals, supply chain solutions, logistics management, material handling, automotive assembly, and the import and export of automotive components.We are a regional division of the pan-African business CFAO Group, headquartered in France and a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation in Japan.CFAO South Africa has a strong expansion vision in South Africa, while supporting CFAO Group's expansion strategy into the African continent in the automotive sector and other sectors,  including healthcare and renewable energy.We are a significant contributor to the support, development, and growth of the automotive industry in South Africa and across Africa.we are looking for    Industrial Engineering Technician M/F   based:   South Africa Job description:An exciting opportunity have arisen for a Industrial Engineering Technician to join the above division based at Toyota Tsusho South Africa Processing (PTY) Ltd, Prospecton – Durban (TTSAP Office) PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo assist the Company (TTSAP) with productivity, and efficiency, by helping in the implementation of designs for the Company to be more efficient and effective with materials, machines, and personnel.Minimum Qualification / Experience:MatricNational Diploma Industrial Engineering or related qualificationMinimum 1-3 years’ experience with industrial engineering specially in projects, design. Required profile :DELIVERABLES/KPAsSearch of continuous improvement and optimization of resourcesResponsible for developing engineering projects and machine improvements.Provide assistance with the training for new line operators on the SQ, Blanking line, Shear line and Bundle turnover machine.Develop cost estimates and submit projects for approval and funding.Monitor costs, schedules, budget and specifications on projects and issue status updates to management.Study time, motion, methods, or speed involved in maintenance, production, or other operations to establish standard production rate or improve efficiencyPrepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilizationRevise operational SOP’sParticipation in Automation (DX) projects for the facility.COMPETENCIES/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLSAdvanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proven competency working with CAD type software (E.g.
