Catering Assistant Location: Belfast, BT2 7ES Hourly Rate: Competitive Schedule: 3-Month Fixed Term Contract, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 3.30pm Ready to impact a better future? As a Catering Assistant in our catering team, you’ll help create a welcoming food service environment while supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality catering services. Your work will help ensure customers receive excellent service every day in a clean, professional, and well-managed setting. Our work touches lives through the services we provide every day. What you’ll do as a Catering Assistant • Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers. • Support the safe service of food and beverages in line with Serco standards. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across counters, tables, service areas, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment. • Follow health, safety, food hygiene, and food safety procedures, including temperature monitoring and opening and closing checks. • Assist with stock management, replenishment, deliveries, and reporting low stock levels. • Process card transactions accurately and support wider catering operations as required.
