The Opportunity The café is where mornings begin, conversations unfold, and guests get their first taste of The Standard experience. As our Barista , you'll craft exceptional coffee and espresso beverages while creating an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. You'll combine technical skill with authentic hospitality, delivering service that's as memorable as the coffee itself. What You'll Do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency. Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service to every guest. Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the café and coffee station. Ensure all beverages meet The Standard's quality and presentation standards. Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, inventory, and stock replenishment. Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to provide a seamless guest experience. Stay curious about coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate the guest experience.
