You’ll bring: · Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similarly fast-paced environment · Strong espresso preparation and milk-texturing skills · A genuine interest in coffee, quality and consistency · Confidence working through busy breakfast and service periods · Warm, intuitive guest service · Strong attention to detail and presentation · A positive, collaborative approach with your fellow colleagues · The ability to stay organised, clean and composed behind the bar · Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays · You must already have current and ongoing working rights You’ll also bring curiosity.
