Our Bank Data Security team plays a critical role in safeguarding sensitive vendor and intercompany banking information, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and global standards.
As a Bank Data Security Specialist , you will be responsible for Tier Two Bank Data Validation and the maintenance of sensitive banking data within Master Data systems. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the highest level of data accuracy, quality, and security.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all sensitive vendor and intercompany data aligns with documentation, policies, and regulatory requirements
Resolving discrepancies and conducting investigations in cooperation with Master Data teams and requestors
Validating vendor bank data using bank certification tools in line with agreed SLAs
Maintaining bank key master data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and quality standards
Overseeing data requests and ensuring high-quality data creation and maintenance in line with procedures and guidelines
Supporting the Bank Data Security function through documentation, training materials, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
Collaborating with vendors, data owners, Treasury, P2P teams, and tool providers to maintain high data security and quality standards
About You
You have 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Internal Control, or Master Data in a complex organizational environment
You hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field You have hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO/MM/AA). Experience with Master Data workflow tools (e.g. Orsoft, ServiceNow) will be an advantage
You have strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Power BI / VBA is a plus)
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
You are detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and responsibility
You are able to prioritize tasks and work independently
You have solid communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and knowledge sharing
You are fluent in English and Polish
