🚀 Be part of a movement to change the way Europe pays In today’s digital Europe, payments still feel too complicated. Random delays, confusing rules, extra apps and accounts make it harder than it should be to pay and get paid. The European Payments Initiative is changing that with Wero, a proudly European digital wallet to make payments easier, clearer and more secure. Online, in store, at home and across borders, with your money and data protected under European laws and regulations. Wero is live in Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands and launching very soon in Luxembourg and Austria. Backed by 17 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, we’re building a brand new, proudly European payment system. 🔎 What's in it for you Tired of marketing roles where you're just another stakeholder in a long approval process? At EPI, you'll be at the centre of one of Europe's most significant payment transformations. As our B2C and B2B2C Senior Marketing Manager for the Netherlands and Benelux, you'll shape how banks, payment service providers, merchants and strategic partners embrace and promote Wero. Your work will directly influence adoption, awareness and engagement across key market stakeholders, helping build the future of European payments. At EPI, we embrace a remote-first culture, enabling our teams to work remotely from the country they are based in, with in-person meetings at least once a quarter to foster collaboration and connection. 🐝 About the team You'll join the EPI Marketing team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe and working with experts in brand, communications, partnerships, product marketing and market rollout. You will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that marketing initiatives, communication plans and market activation programs are aligned with business objectives and rollout milestones. 💥 Your impact Lead and orchestrate B2C and B2B2C marketing and communication activities across the Netherlands and Benelux, ensuring consistency of messaging and execution across all stakeholders. Develop and execute partner marketing programmes with banks, payment service providers, merchants and ecosystem partners to accelerate awareness, adoption and usage of Wero. Build strong relationships across the payments ecosystem and act as a trusted marketing advisor to key stakeholders, aligning interests and facilitating joint initiatives. Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, partner activations, content development and communication initiatives targeted at B2C audiences. Brief and coordinate creative, media and agency partners to ensure high-quality execution and measurable business impact. Develop deep market knowledge and continuously monitor stakeholder sentiment, competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic decision making. Track campaign performance, analyse market and customer data, generate actionable insights and continuously optimise marketing activities through a data-driven approach. Present plans, influence decision makers and mobilise stakeholders around shared initiatives that support the growth of Wero across the region. 💻 What you'll work with While we're less interested in specific marketing technologies than in your ability to drive market adoption and stakeholder engagement, experience with the following is highly valuable: B2C and B2B2C marketing and partner marketing programmes Marketing automation and CRM platforms Performance and campaign analytics tools Media and creative agency management Market research and customer insights platforms Microsoft 365 Digital marketing and content management tools Data visualisation and reporting platforms 🕵🏻‍♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements 8+ years of experience in B2C and B2B2C marketing, partner marketing, communications or related commercial marketing roles.
