Alternance - 1 year - Logistics & Activities Asset Management Analyst M/F

You will join our team of Analysts within the Logistics Asset Management department, which is looking for an Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:

• Preparation of the annual business plan;
• Data collection and validation of EDM tools (Soneka/Provexi);
• Preparation of investor reporting and KPI monitoring;
• Analysis of real estate valuations;
• Involvement in operational tasks related to assets delegated by Asset Managers (marketing, works, arbitration, etc.);
• Transversal tasks: Arbitration recommendations or value creation studies in case of works, market analyses, surveys, information gathering and synthesis to guide real estate strategy, process improvements, data integration, etc.
