We achieved a turnover of more than 4.14 billion euros in 2024 and now have 57 700 employees, 88% of whom are consulting engineers.ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context we're looking for a Business Analyst R2R Lead. This strategic role involves managing Business Analysts specialized in accounting and controlling, while leading digital transformation projects related to Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts (Finance & Controlling), 2 people based in Porto, fostering collaboration and professional growth,Coordinate and oversee R2R (Record-to-Report) projects in partnership with local teams, key users, and IS departments,Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables, validate functional analysis, and monitor adherence to deadlines,Manage the deployment of the R2R Core Model (SAP & Unit4) across European subsidiaries,Plan and facilitate business workshops, training sessions, testing phases, and hypercare activities,Prioritize enhancement requests and make functional decisions aligned with business objectives,Identify and drive opportunities to optimize financial processes (accounting, controlling),Gather and formalize business requirements and draft functional specifications,Supervise testing phases and ensure successful user adoption of tools,Develop and distribute Maintain process and tool documentation for business teams,Act as the primary point of contact for R2R topics with local finance departments.
