Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en Business & Process Activities - Quality Manufacturing (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse Saint Martin.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 13 personnes au sein du département « QMDA » en charge de la Qualité pour l’Autorité Industrielle.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : établir et piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue au sein des activités de la fonction Qualité, en optimisant les processus opérationnels et en garantissant l'excellence industrielle via des méthodologies Lean et de gestion de la performance.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités : Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Soutien aux activités et livrables Qualité : Support opérationnel au déploiement des standards Qualité au sein des processus de fabrication (Manufacturing) et sécurisation des livrables associés.

• Pilotage de la performance Qualité : Analyse et soutien aux indicateurs de performance (KPIs) pour garantir la conformité et l'efficacité des processus industriels.

• Optimisation et Amélioration Continue : Évaluation critique des pratiques existantes, identification des points de friction et création de nouvelles "bonnes pratiques" dans un esprit de Lean Management et d'Excellence Opérationnelle.

Compétences & Prérequis : Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +2, BAC +3 ou plus dans le domaine de la Qualité, l’Ingénierie Générale, le Manufacturing, le Lean Management ou l'Excellence Opérationnelle pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Gestion de projets : Capacité à structurer des étapes clés et à suivre l'avancement d'une mission.

• Outils informatiques : Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs et de bureautique (Pack Office, suite Google).

• Connaissance du milieu industriel : Une première expérience en Qualité ou dans le secteur de l'Aviation est un atout majeur.

• Soft Skills : Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et force de proposition pour l'optimisation des méthodes de travail.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : Niveau avancé

Français : Niveau courant

An apprenticeship offer entitled « Apprentice in Business & Process Activities - Quality Manufacturing (m/f) » has just opened within Airbus Commercial on its Toulouse Saint Martin site.

You will join a team of international persons within the department « QMDA » in charge of Quality for Industrial Authority. This apprenticeship will consist in: establishing and driving continuous improvement initiatives within Quality function activities, focusing on process optimization and industrial excellence through Lean methodologies and performance management.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year for a duration of 1 or 2 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities: Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Support for Quality Activities and Deliverables: Operational support for the deployment of Quality standards within manufacturing processes and securing associated deliverables.

• Quality Performance Monitoring: Supporting the analysis of Quality performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and efficiency within Airbus processes.

• Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Evaluating existing practices, identifying friction points, and creating new best practices within the framework of Lean Management and Operational Excellence

Skills & Prerequisites: You will integrate a BAC+2 or above level training in the field of Quality, General Engineering, Manufacturing, Lean Management, or Operational Excellence for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Project Management: Ability to structure key milestones and monitor mission progress.

• IT Tools: Proficiency in collaborative and office automation tools (Office Pack, Google Suite).

• Industrial Experience: Previous experience in Quality or the Aviation sector is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, rigor, and a proactive approach to improving work methods.

Language skills:

English: Advanced

French: Fluent

You may be required to travel, depending on the offers proposed.
