Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en innovation aérostructure (Airframe) (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operation SAS sur son site de Toulouse Saint Martin.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département « NextGen Strategy Partner Innovation » en charge de la stratégie pour les futures générations d’aérostructures.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : supporter le responsable innovation aérostructure chargé de gérer les différents projets innovants émanant de l’équipe transnationale Airframe, tout en optimisant la visibilité et l'efficacité des solutions technologiques de demain.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1 an.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités : Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Gestion de projets d'innovation Airframe : Pilotage et support des initiatives émanant de l'ingénierie (recherche d'idées ascendantes et descendantes, cadrage, coaching et accompagnement opérationnel).

• Pilotage du portefeuille d'innovation : Suivi et gestion analytique du portfolio de solutions innovantes dédiées aux structures aéronautiques.

• Animation de l'écosystème d'innovation : Coordination des différents acteurs (domaines, catalyseurs et innovateurs) et participation active à l'écosystème global d'innovation d'Airbus.

• Marketing et Communication : Déploiement d'actions de promotion et de valorisation des projets innovants auprès des parties prenantes.

• Stratégie et Amélioration continue : Contribution directe à la stratégie d'innovation Airframe et force de proposition pour accroître l'efficacité de l'innovation au sein de la communauté technique.

Compétences & Prérequis : Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l'ingénierie structure pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Ouverture d'esprit et culture de l'innovation : Capacité à explorer de nouveaux concepts et à être à l'écoute d'idées disruptives.

• Soft Skills : Autonomie, curiosité intellectuelle et aisance relationnelle.

• Leadership et Influence : Capacité à fédérer des équipes transverses autour d'un projet commun et forte force de conviction.

• Bagage technique : Solides bases en ingénierie aéronautique et structures.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : Niveau avancé

Français : Niveau courant

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Notre processus de sélection 

L’étude des candidatures est réalisée par un recruteur.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Airframe Innovation (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Operation SAS on Toulouse Saint Martin site. You will join the department in charge of Next generation of Airframe Strategy 

This apprenticeship will consist in: Supporting innovation leader in managing innovation projects coming from transnational Aiframe team

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 year. This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Management of innovation projects popping up within Airframe engineering (sourcing of bottom-up and top-down ideas, framing, coaching, support,…)

• Management of the Airframe innovation portfolio

• Animation of the Airframe innovation ecosystem (domains, catalysts and innovators)

• Participation to the Airbus innovation ecosystem

• Actions of marketing and communication

• Contribution to Airframe Innovation strategy

• Making proposals to improve the Innovation efficiency within Airframe community

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Airframe Engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

- Open mindset, innovation mindset. Ability to listen new ideas

- Autonomy

- Curiosity

- Background in technics

- Ability to make people adhere to project and convince

Language skills:
