Details of the position:

• Contract type: unlimited

• Job grading (new Convention collective de la Métallurgie if based in France) = G14

• Location = Blagnac, France

• Onsite/Remote/Hybrid = Hybrid (up to 2 days of telework per week)

• Travel = This role involves frequent international business travel and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly

Your mission:

Design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact executive education programs in finance & business acumen for senior leaders in the aerospace industry . Own the learning portfolio end-to-end—strategy, design, deployment, quality, and evolution—while acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and international partners (including Chinese authorities and airlines). Combine deep

expertise with executive presence and intercultural fluency to create measurable business impact.

Your responsibilities:

1) Training Delivery & Facilitation (Executive Level)

· Deliver engaging, practice-oriented sessions on finance fundamentals, value creation, P&L/BS/Cash, investment decisions, risk & performance steering, and business acumen tailored to senior leaders.

· Facilitate case-based and simulation-based learning; moderate strategic discussions with C-suite and senior managers.

· Adapt facilitation to high-stakes international audiences, including delegations from Chinese authorities and airlines, ensuring cultural appropriateness, protocol, and impact.

· Prepare and host international delegations (incl. China) and support end to end agenda as course director.

2) Portfolio Ownership & Learning Design

· Own the Finance & Business Acumen learning portfolio: lifecycle management, prioritization, versioning, sunsetting, and new product creation.

· Ensure constant update of the training materials.

· Design learning experiences (objectives, architecture, content, practice, assessment, transfer to job) with integration of blended modalities (in-person, virtual live, self-paced, cohort-based

· Produce and maintain high-quality materials (slides, cases, toolkits, microlearning, digital assets).

· Ensure pedagogy fits executive audiences: brevity, relevance, strategic framing, and application.

3) Stakeholder management & sales advisory

· Advise program sponsors on learning objectives, program structure, and measurement; co-create with customers.

· Stay current on aerospace industry trends, financial steering practices, and executive learning methods.

· Engage with senior stakeholders (VPs, Directors, HRBPs) to understand needs, define solutions, and secure sponsorship.

· Coordinate with external partners (universities, executive education providers, guest speakers) when relevant.

Your boarding pass:

· 10+ years relevant experience in one or more of: finance leadership, management consulting, executive education, or corporate learning for leaders in the aerospace industry

· Strong track record delivering to senior leaders/C‑suite with credibility and presence.

· Demonstrated experience owning a learning portfolio and building programs end-to-end.

· Fluent English required.

· Deep understanding of finance for non-financial leaders: value creation, cost & cash, P&L/BS, investment & risk decisions, business performance.

· Executive communication & diplomacy: gravitas, clarity, confidentiality, and tact under pressure.

· Intercultural fluency: etiquette, relationship-building, adaptivity to public authorities and airlines contexts.

· Project management: planning, stakeholder alignment, risk and change management.

· Digital fluency with PowerPoint/Slides & virtual facilitation tools.

· Soft skills :

o Strong empathy and ability to create a safe learning environment, and ability to foster engagement and collaboration

o Excellent active listening and emotional intelligence

o Natural communication clarity with an authentic, human connection

o High adaptability, reading the room and adjusting tone, pace, and approach

o Confident yet humble facilitation presence that includes everyone

A plus would be:

· Experience in an international aerospace company

· Experience working in international and intercultural contexts; exposure to China or Asian stakeholders is a plus.

· Learning design (ADDIE/Backward design) and facilitation excellence; strong storytelling and visual synthesis.

· Data-informed mindset: define and track learning KPIs, link outcomes to business.

· Professional certifications would be an asset

· Creativity and innovation skills

· Use of serious games in training

· Background as a trainer or facilitator
