Descripción del empleo Solicitamos: Analista de Cuentas por Pagar Objetivo de la posición: El/La Analista de Cuentas por pagar es responsable de Garantizar el registro correcto y oportuno de las operaciones que impliquen algún pago, observando un estricto apego a los procesos y políticas establecidos en la organización. Requisitos: Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración. Titulado / Pasante Experiencia: 1 - 3 año en el ramo Automotriz (deseable). Idioma: Inglés Básico – intermedio Habilidades Técnicas: Excel Intermedio (se validará nivel) / SAP (Módulo de Finanzas); QAD. Actividades: Realizar el registro oportuno y correcto de las operaciones que implican desembolsos de flujos de efectivo. Emitir los pagos oportunos y correctos a proveedores y colaboradores. Registrar las operaciones de acuerdo con las disposiciones fiscales vigentes. Dar soporte a los clientes internos y externos para resolver y aclarar las dudas respecto a pagos. Llevar a cabo el análisis de la cartera para realizar las aplicaciones de pago y descuentos de forma oportunidad y correcta. Efectuar la conciliación de estados de cuenta con proveedores. Asegurar el cumplimiento del cierre contable mensual. Asegurar y mantener las cuentas contables asignadas con los balances correctos o en su caso proponer las depuraciones correspondientes.
