Daniel Priestley Associate Director [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description EMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading international organisation in its search for an Interim Finance Manager to join its finance function at Randstad. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in team leadership and people management to join an international business during an important period of transformation. Working closely with finance teams and internal stakeholders, you'll lead and develop a diverse finance function, support a major ERP implementation and drive improvements across processes and ways of working. Key responsibilities of the Interim Finance Manager: Lead and develop a diverse finance team across Accounts Payable and General Ledger Provide strong day-to-day leadership, creating stability and a positive working environment across the function Develop existing team members and support the growth of future team leaders Navigate different personalities, working styles and levels of experience within the team Support the implementation and migration to a new ERP system, ensuring sufficient finance capacity throughout the transition Identify opportunities to optimise, standardise and harmonise finance processes and ways of working Drive improvements in collaboration between AP, GL and wider internal stakeholders Build strong relationships with internal customers and promote a more customer-focused approach within the finance function Challenge existing ways of working and support the team through organisational change Provide structure, consistency and stability during a period of transformation Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure finance activities continue to deliver effectively throughout the change process Candidate profile: Proven experience leading and developing finance teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing teams through periods of change, transformation or restructuring A finance or accounting background, with strong commercial awareness Experience with process optimisation, standardisation or harmonisation would be advantageous Experience supporting an ERP implementation or finance transformation project would be advantageous Experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, manufacturing or another complex, operational environment would be highly beneficial This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international organisation where you'll play a key role in developing the finance function, supporting a major ERP transformation and driving positive change across the team.
