Account Receivable Clerk

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Account Receivable Clerk to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience. Key Accountabilities Responsible for the appropriate routing of guest’s reservation to Master Accounts as directed by the Assistant Manager - Account Receivable. Process and review all charges and generate invoices for all Master Accounts. Responsible for investigating and qualifying any adjustments/corrections to a Group’s Invoice. Responsible for the Mailing or Federal Expressing of Master Account Invoices in accordance with the Policy and Procedure including Spa billing. General Requirements Thorough knowledge in credit control and billing process. Knowledge of basic Accounting procedures. Ability to reconcile accounts.
