You'll report to Agathe, our Workplace Manager. Agathe leads with high trust and autonomy, she'll set you up with the context you need, then let you run. She's attentive, inclusive, and direct: if you ask questions early and communicate proactively, you'll thrive. She's building something significant with the Bonne Nouvelle opening, and she wants someone she can genuinely rely on. You'll be on the ground every day, making sure operations run smoothly, providers hit their standards, and the opening lands without a hitch — under the guidance of Agathe, our Workplace Manager.
