We are 1NCE Your team Join our HR team in Cologne and gain diverse experience in HR and administrative topics! This role is a part-time position (16-20h/week), located on-site in our Cologne office. Your mission You take care of daily administrative and operational tasks in the HR environment (e.g. preparation of employment contracts, references, job descriptions, etc.) in accordance with labor laws in Germany;  You support the onboarding and welcoming of new employees; You participate in HR projects and take on tasks related to HR (e.g. support in the organization of trainings, benefits, etc.); You participate in the standardization and optimization of our internal HR processes; You maintain employee data in the HR software Personio; You prepare and maintain HR statistics.
