Le poste en détail

Introduction Our oscilloscope systems combine hardware, embedded firmware, and connected software. We're modernizing our C++ software stack - upgrading dependencies, moving to a newer Visual Studio / toolchain version, and cleaning up our build system - while also preparing the product for EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) conformity. These two goals go hand in hand: up-to-date, well-maintained dependencies are a core part of cybersecurity compliance. We're looking for a motivated working student in Munich who is comfortable in a real C++ codebase and wants hands-on experience in both practical software engineering and product security compliance. Ideal if you're studying computer science, software/embedded engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Tasks Support the modernization of our C++ software stack (libraries, dependencies, toolchain) Maintain and improve our CMake build system and dependency management with Conan Resolve build issues, compiler warnings and dependency conflicts Contribute to code quality, build reliability and developer tooling Support Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) creation and vulnerability monitoring (CVE) Assist in preparing technical documentation and analyses for Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance Work with Git as part of an agile development team
