Warranty, Contract & Retail Invoicer Renault Trucks – Volvo Group UK Location: Bellshill, Scotland (Full time) Renault Trucks, part of Volvo Group UK, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warranty, Contract & Retail Invoicer to join our Aftersales team in Bellshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring vehicle repairs and maintenance work are invoiced accurately and efficiently while supporting both customers and internal teams. What you will do As a Warranty, Contract & Retail Invoicer, you'll be responsible for: Processing invoices accurately and on time for warranty, contract, maintenance, repair and retail work. Translating job card information into chargeable invoice items using the correct operation codes. Ensuring warranty and contract claims are submitted in line with manufacturer procedures and standards. Managing and maintaining work in progress in line with departmental targets. Reviewing and resolving warranty and contract claim errors and rejected transactions. Managing sublet invoicing and supporting dealer partners. Applying appropriate environmental and sundry charges where required. Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Handling telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently. Supporting colleagues and assisting other departments when required. Skills & experience: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and good IT literacy. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
