Based at our Tilburg site, supporting a leading Fashion & Retail customer, you will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations, developing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring performance targets and customer expectations are successfully achieved. How you'll make an impact Lead the Inbound & Returns operation, ensuring daily operational targets, customer expectations and agreed service levels are consistently achieved. Monitor operational performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency. Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders, focusing on performance management, succession planning and leadership development. Optimize workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and meet changing business demands. Foster a culture of safety, quality and accountability while collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver operational excellence and support strategic site initiatives. What you'll bring to GXO Proven experience in a similar operational leadership role within a complex warehouse or logistics environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large teams of approximately 100–150 employees. Fluency in English; Dutch language skills considered an advantage. Strong IT proficiency, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
