Summary Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking passionate, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Waiter/Waitress . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, providing personalized service, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, friendly, and attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience. Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests whenever possible. Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams, and serve items according to established service standards. Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience and support upselling opportunities. Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction. Process guest checks and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures. Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and assigned workstations before, during, and after service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as Hyatt operating procedures and brand standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
