This is an exciting opportunity to lead the organization's global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring reward programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
Partnering closely with senior leadership, the Chief People Officer, and Board-level stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of total rewards across a complex international business.
This is a highly visible leadership role, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery across compensation, executive reward, benefits, payroll governance, job architecture, and global reward transformation.
Key responsibilities of the Global Head of Rewards:
Develop and deliver the global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant reward programs across the organization
Lead executive compensation, incentive schemes, and annual reward cycles while partnering with senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders on strategic reward decisions
Drive global reward initiatives including job architecture, salary benchmarking, global benefits, payroll governance, and reward transformation projects
Leverage market intelligence, analytics, and benchmarking to continuously enhance reward programs and support business decision-making
Lead and develop the Global Rewards team while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to deliver global best practice
The ideal candidate profile:
Extensive Compensation & Benefits leadership experience within a large, international or matrixed organization
Strong expertise in global reward strategy, executive compensation, incentives, and governance
Proven experience using data, market benchmarking, and analytics to shape commercial reward decisions
Confident influencing Executive Leadership and Board-level stakeholders while building strong relationships across a global business
Strategic yet hands-on leader with excellent commercial acumen, analytical capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
