Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies, pension funds, governmental organisations and international organisations), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments banks, private banks, commercial banks) and corporates. Responsibilities : Helping with the presentation before client/ prospect meetings (wording- editing, etc) Helping with calls and meeting reports Helping with following up up on admin tasks related to our clients (class action – corporate action- document signature – Tax request) Assist in the organization of trainings - demo Follow up on NBI dashboard -invoicing Update and correction of the sales plan Follow up on payments/invoices Client onboarding/ account opening– support in collecting documents from clients A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions. Please note that it is mandatory to provide us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date.
