As our Transition Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering complex projects within our Justice team at Acacia Prison. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This is a dynamic leadership role where you’ll guide teams, influence outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment focused on making a positive impact.
As a Transition Manager in the Justice team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects
leading project planning, budgeting and resource allocation
developing strong stakeholder relationships and communication
overseeing risk identification and mitigation strategies
driving continuous improvement across project processes
ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements

proven experience managing complex projects or programs
strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
experience leading teams and influencing positive outcomes
solid understanding of budgeting, contracts and compliance
excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
relevant qualifications in project management, business or construction (or equivalent experience)
