The Head of Transformation will lead strategic transformation initiatives across Clearing, Post Trade functions within LCH SA. This role combines local execution and global alignment, ensuring operational excellence in France and shaping transformation programs consistent with LSEG’s global strategy.

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement transformation roadmap aligned with LCH SA and LSEG global agenda. Act as ambassador for innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Program Oversight: Lead cross-functional programs including digitalization, process optimization, and workforce evolution. Ensure governance, reporting, and milestone delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders across Operations, Risk, HR, Finance, and Technology to ensure consensus and coordinated execution.
• Change Management: Drive cultural and organizational change, embedding new ways of working and continuous improvement mentality.

• Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Expertise in change management methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to operate at executive level.
• Experience in financial services or market infrastructure preferred.
