To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for passionate people ready to make a difference in the following open position : Technology Product Manager Parenteral.This position is based in our Headquarters based in Lyon (7e) and reports to the Technical Product Directors of the Business Unit Parenteral Biologics Intimate Care and Oral. Job purpose :As the technical and scientific reference for parenteral drug delivery systems (pens, auto-injectors, safety systems, on-body injectors, etc.), you translate patient and pharmaceutical customer needs into robust, differentiated and industrializable solutions.You manage innovation parenteral portfolio with Category Manager: identify key projects aligned with market and strategic priorities, define scope and ensure follow-up till completion. Significant activities :Product strategy & Innovation Define technical briefs of early stage by bringing the technical & innovative valuesAct as Program Manager & Product Development Leader until formal project launchFollow/report status of innovation funnel during portfolio reviews Parenteral technical expertise & technology scootingWatch evolving parenteral drug delivery ecosystem (drug-container-device interactions, regulation, industrialization)Lead technology scouting, competitive benchmarking and proactive patent analysesCapitalize, structure and share summary of parenteral knowledge across the BUChallenge the scientific and technical robustness of concepts throughout developmentExternal influence & partnership Participate in strategic customer meetings and build trusted relationshipsAssess and integrate external technologies (partnerships, licensing, M&A)Strengthen Nemera’s scientific credibility through publications, conferences, webinars and standardization working groupsDevelop and manage a strong ecosystem of technology partners (suppliers, startups, research institutes, universities) QualificationsEngineering degree> 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industryStrong expertise in parenteral drug delivery technologiesStrong understanding of the parenteral market (customers, patients, competitors, partners)Broad technical background: mechanics, materials, injection/assembly/filling processes, electronicsSolid understanding of regulatory and normative requirements.Strong network, leadership, and expert credibilityAbility to connect technical innovation, market needs and patient usabilityStrong communication skills, from influencing international experts to simplifying complexityPragmatic, proof‑of‑concept‑oriented mindsetCreative, strategic and analytically rigorousFluent in English and FrenchInformations complémentairesOur Recruitment Process
