Amazon Web Services recherche des techniciens Data Center, passionnés par les technologies, pour maintenir nos datacenters en condition opérationnelle. Le technicien Data Center contribue notamment à l’installation physique et la maintenance des équipements du datacenter : serveurs, équipements réseau et stockage. Il sera notamment impliqué dans du training / mentoring et dans le recrutement des nouveaux techniciens.

Key job responsibilities
• Préparation, installations des équipements IT du datacenter (rack, serveur, réseaux)
• Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements : serveurs, switchs et routeurs..
• Remédiation récupération des problèmes d’alimentation d’aspect physique sur les racks
• Participer aux évènements de perte refroidissement ou d’alimentation du centre de données.
• Gérer et traiter toutes les demandes de support client via un système de ticket
• Gérer le décommissionnement / recyclage des équipements
• Participer à des réunions, de l’analyse de données et suivi des projets transversaux à fort impact
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs des infrastructures.
• Ré-enforcer les bonnes pratiques de sécurité d’AWS
• Gestion et optimisation des stocks des pièces de recharge
• Participer aux rotations d’astreinte des sites
