TECHNICAL MANAGER

We are looking for a Some of your main duties & responsibilities: Lead the safe execution, commissioning, startup, and completion of capital projects, including the construction and startup of new process units and production facilities. Manage and oversee all engineering, maintenance, reliability, electrical, and instrumentation activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Develop and implement the plant's engineering and maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs. Direct and mentor Project Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, E&I Technicians, contractors, and other technical personnel to achieve operational and project objectives. Develop, manage, and monitor annual CapEx and OpEx budgets, ensuring projects and maintenance activities are executed within approved financial targets. Lead Management of Change (MOC) activities and ensure all engineering modifications comply with applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, reliability, project execution, equipment performance, cost control, safety, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Support process safety management initiatives by leading risk assessments, participating in hazard reviews, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions. Oversee the maintenance and technical integrity of critical plant equipment, including pumps, piping systems, tanks, heat exchangers, reactors, utilities, instrumentation, electrical systems, and process control equipment. Ensure accurate technical documentation is maintained, including engineering drawings, P&IDs, maintenance procedures, operating procedures, equipment files, and project records. Manage external engineering firms, contractors, equipment vendors, and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
