Lead technical reviews, design assurance and code quality activities
Mentor engineers and support the development of technical capability across teams
Support the adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies, including AI capabilities where they provide clear business value
What you’ll need to do the role:
Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering Microsoft cloud and enterprise solutions
Strong technical expertise across Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture
Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or related Microsoft services would be advantageous

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
