Job Description Functional Area: Technical Demonstrator Job Location: RUS - Krasnodar Country/Region: Russian Federation Who are you?: Professionals Permanent/Temporary: Temporary Working time: Full Time Req ID: 35940 Information at a Glance Share this job: Основные обязанности: Проведение промышленных и лабораторных выработок у клиентов (производители готовой продукции) с сырьем «Пуратос» (смеси, улучшители, крем на растительных маслах, глазури и т.д.); Проведение презентаций и дегустации производителям готовой продукции на территории клиента и «Пуратос»; Разработка новых рецептур готовых изделий с сырьем «Пуратос»; Участие в программах по разработке новых видов изделий с использованием сырья компании «ПУРАТОС» по заявкам отдела маркетинга и отдела продаж; Оформление отчетов о проведенных отработках, мероприятиях у клиентов; Участие в разработке нормативных документов на готовую продукцию, с использованием сырья компании «ПУРАТОС»; Требования: Высшее образование (пищевое направление); Опыт работы в кондитерской или хлебопекарной промышленности; Знание технологии производства кондитерских изделий: торты и пирожные, печенья, кексы и маффины, пряники, конфеты, зефиры и суфле; Практический навыки изготовления руками: торты и пирожные, печенья, кексы и маффины, пряники, конфеты, зефиры и суфле; Промышленный опыт и знания выработки: торты и пирожные, печенья, кексы и маффины, пряники, конфеты, зефиры и суфле; Знание рынка производителей кондитерских изделий; Знание рынка пищевых ингредиентов (дополнительного сырья) для кондитерской промышленности; Microsoft Office – базовые знания; Apply now Apply Now Start applying with LinkedIn Start Please wait...
