What does your day look like in the role of our Teamlead (m/f/d): Control and monitor all processes in your area and initiate measures to achieve KPIs Supporting the coordination of employee planning in close cooperation with superiors You take on technical, disciplinary and organizational responsibility for employees Coordination and implementation of training courses Reporting on team performance to superiors in daily and weekly company meetings What do you need to be successful: You have extensive experience in successfully leading teams We are looking for a committed person who takes responsibility and is able to make informed decisions to achieve goals You are an inspiring personality who influences other employees through your behavior and performance You are able to lead and motivate a team from within.
