NEW OPENING For our New Diesel Outlet Store in Leccio we're looking to fill the position of Team Leader on a permanent basis. The new Store will offer a unique shopping experience in one of the most exclusive shopping center, fulfilling the desires of all fashion enthusiasts and brand lovers. Reporting to the Store Management, the Team Leader will be responsible of leading and coaching the sales team, building Client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals and ensuring the delivery of an excellent Client experience, aiming at the achievement of assigned store objectives on a monthly basis. You Fit With This Position If - You undertake work with a high degree of integrity, leading by example in every situation - You take action and ownership, ensuring a magical client experience for clients while aiming to be a leader with a passion for helping others grow - You are a powerful communicator, handling your colleagues and clients with personal care and empathy - You are responsible, courageous with ideas, resilient and authentic in your approach - You act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients - You are a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions - You think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways of creating tangible value and magic for the clients Your Key Responsibilities - Lead the Store team, to transform each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience to drive individual and team objectives - Responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product. - Contribute to improve the commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment. - Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated team. - Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience - Drive the digital experience in store and use digital resources to communicate - Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience - Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement - Create a long-term, authentic bond with your colleagues by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion - Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client - Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment - Demonstrate best in class sales and self leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives - Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes - Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward-thinking mindset Key Requirements - At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in fashion/luxury retail - Experience in training the team, empower them and motivate them - Results-driven and customer focused - Excellent analytical and numerical skills; - Strong Commercial skills and product sensibility; - Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, etc.) - Strong attention to detail - Strong interest in the fashion world specially in Denim. 🌍Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered as a plus! Compensation & Level: CCNL Commercio, Level 3° Salary range (gross annual): €26.000 - €28.000 Variable incentive plan: from 0.6% to 1.8% of sales The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
