Short Intro and About the Job Tax Compliance and Tax Reporting Execute and monitor external tax compliance and tax reporting for the dedicated CBUs in Japan, including but not limited to recurring and ad hoc tax filing and operational tasks, foreign payment tax application, tax preferential treatment application, etc. Execute and monitor internal tax reporting, forecast and analysis, as well as tax provision for the dedicated CBUs in Japan Tax Planning and Projects Provide day-to-day tax related advisory to the dedicated CBUs in Japan Lead the tax planning projects and tax risks management Support regional tax projects implementation in Japan, when needed Transfer Pricing (TP) Reporting and Planning Manage routine TP documentation for the dedicated CBUs in Japan Execute the TP review with Corporate based on the global schedule for the dedicated CBUs Execute ad-hoc TP / benchmarking studies and topics for the dedicated CBUs in Japan Relationship with Authorities Maintain relationship with tax authorities / related government bodies Manage inquiries and investigations for the dedicated CBUs in Japan Internal Control / Learning Prepare and refresh tax position papers, SOPs for the geo tax processes Follow the updated Danone internal control procedures (Dango) and ensure the tax governance and control in place Support DBS Learning & Sharing in Tax Session About You Bachelor or above degree, preferably with finance, commercial, accounting and tax majors Minimum 5 years in area related to corporate tax Good command of English in writing and speaking SAP knowledge CPA or other professional qualifications preferred About Us, We offer and What's next Danone Business Services APAC is an organization that delivering unparalleled services experiences across Asia with the mission to be the BEST IN CLASS by enhancing the experience at every touchpoint, driven by our dedication to quality and innovation to our valued Danoners, customers and suppliers.
