Talent Advisor – AI-Enabled Recruiting [ Contract Role ]

Description and Requirements About the Role We are hiring a Talent Advisor to support hiring for SSG in Bangalore. This role will handle end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles . This position is ideal for someone who uses AI in day-to-day recruiting work to improve speed, quality, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle hiring from role intake to offer closure Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities Source candidates using multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines Use AI tools to support sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting Identify ways to improve recruiting efficiency using automation or simple AI workflows Track hiring progress and share updates with stakeholders Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Stay updated on market trends and new recruiting practices Skills & Experience Must-have 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring Hands-on usage of AI tools in daily work (prompting, research, content creation, etc.) Basic understanding of AI concepts like automation and AI agents Ability to build or use simple AI-based workflows/tools Good stakeholder management and communication skills Good-to-have Experience in a fast-paced or global environment Exposure to recruitment analytics or dashboards Interest in experimenting with new tools and improving processes What We Are Looking For Resilient and solution-oriented mindset High ownership and accountability Forward-thinking approach to problem solving Curious and open to learning new technologies Ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment Location & Work Model Bangalore Hybrid 12-month contract
