Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across a wide array of functions and levels — with a primary focus on engineering and sales roles — using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and ideal candidate profiles within a high-tech environment Craft compelling outreach messages that get responses — and represent the Rohde & Schwarz brand authentically Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics; use data to continuously refine your approach Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS Research and recommend new sourcing channels, tools, and strategies to reach passive talent — particularly in competitive technical and sales markets Contribute to employer branding efforts including content, campaigns, and talent community engagement
