Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern starting August 2026 for a periode of 6 months.

Key accountabilities :
Support the Talent Acquisition team with the coordination of interviews, invitations and necessary arrangements for venue planning and refreshments etc...
Actively participate in the organisation and unfolding of the “Mass Hiring Days” from start to finish
To be fully knowledgeable with the Recruitment policies and processes and able to assist the team with the administration of the recruitment/hiring process
Ensure that we have all Job Descriptions for all Positions, and grades and all Job Descriptions are up to date
Ensure that the integration between SAP Recruitment into the HR Software is accurate and that all departments are aware of new starters.
Liaise with the Assistant Manager and People & Culture
Coordinators with regards to commencement dates and any contracts or conditional offers that are needed, alongside the L&D Team preparing for orientations.
Ensure the Interview Room is always immaculate and set up in time for planned interviews to take place.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the calendar of events for People.
General requirements :
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Fluent both in French and English ((verbal, written)
Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
Must have the right to work in France
Package: 669.90 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
