Talent Acquisition Apprentice/Trainee (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee/Apprentice to support our intern/trainee/apprentice recruiting and administrative process in Workday (WD) across all locations in France. This role essential to our talent strategy. 

What You’ll Do 

• Post job offers on internal and external platforms following IFF’s global job posting template. 

• Screen applications and schedule interviews. 

• Manage administrative tasks in Workday 

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements. 

• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for a smooth recruitment experience. 

• Prepare reports and dashboards related to early careers recruitment. 

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting students and young professionals. 

• Support in managing several roles EMEA

What We’re Looking For 

• Currently completing a master’s degree in human resources (M1 or M2) or related field. 

• Preference for previous experience in Talent Acquisition (internship or apprenticeship). 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. 

• Familiarity with recruitment tools or HRIS (Workday experience is a plus). 

• Proficiency in French and English.
