T&M Application Engineer

Provide technical analysis and support to customers and internal teams based on cellular communication protocol technologies. Analyze customer requirements and test environments to recommend optimal test methods, products, and solutions Create and maintain technical content related to protocol testing, including technical documents, application notes, and user guides. Review and improve technical content to enhance accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Organize and communicate complex communication technologies in a clear and easy-to-understand manner for customers and internal teams. Collaborate with engineers, sales teams, product managers, and global headquarters experts to address customer requirements. Support technical communication activities such as customer meetings, technical presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.
