Responsibilities
Main purpose of the job:
Accountable for defining, governing and delivering the end‑to‑end Supply Chain transformation and productivity agenda across Make and Move in South Africa, including capability building and support to strategic engineering programmes.
Ensures sustained improvements in productivity, service, cost, safety, quality and sustainability, while strengthening the succession pipeline for future Make and Move Senior Directors.
Accountabilities:
Lead Supply Chain transformation and productivity roadmap aligned to AOP and PSP.
Deliver structural productivity improvements across Manufacturing and Logistics.
Build transformation and productivity capability across Supply Chain.
Act as senior transformation authority across Make and Move.
Support strategic engineering projects through readiness and adoption.
Strengthen Make and Move Senior Director talent pipeline.
Ensure QFS, EHS and Sustainability compliance.
Own value tracking and benefits realisation.
Qualifications
Key Skills/Experience Required
10+ years senior Supply Chain experience.
Proven transformation and productivity leadership.
Experience integrating engineering projects.
