Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Strategy Planning & Execution
Support development and refinement of business strategy, including Hybrid Cloud and AI initiatives
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and track execution progress
Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis (Cloud, AI, AIOps, FinOps)
Business Operations & Governance
Drive Business Management Review (BMR) cadence, including preparation of materials, data consolidation, and follow-ups
Support business performance tracking (pipeline, revenue, KPIs) and generate executive insights
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline
Internal & External Communication
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic narratives
Support leadership communications across global and regional stakeholders
Ensure clarity, consistency, and impact in messaging
Events & Marketing Support
Support planning and execution of key events (e.g., client engagements, industry events, internal summits)
Assist in developing marketing materials, solution messaging, and campaign content
Coordinate with marketing and business teams to enhance brand and solution positioning
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or related roles
Strong interest in Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies (Hybrid Cloud, AIOps, AI infrastructure preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory)
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and execution-driven
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
