Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000 customers across 8 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started as we want to become the indisputable European leader in SME finance management.

⭐ Mission

Join us as a Strategic Projects Intern to explore and identify new business opportunities, acting as the enabling force to make them happen and help Qonto grow. You will work directly with Sibile Dalonneau, your mentor, and Cédrick Lefebvre, our Head of Strategy Projects, to lead complex cross-functional strategic projects, build convictions on our most attractive opportunities, and offer strategic input to functional projects across the company.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Strategic Project Intern at Qonto, you will

• Feed Business Decisions with Insight: Identify, monitor and analyze key trends from competitors and the market to empower leadership with the right data and insights for decision-making.

• Conduct Strategic Assessments: Identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities for Qonto to support informed decision-making.

• Support Project Execution: Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional strategic projects from scoping to delivery.

Your manager will be Sibile Dalonneau, our Senior Strategic Project Manager. Having started her own Qonto journey as an intern in this exact team almost four years ago, Sibile knows firsthand what it takes to succeed and make a real impact. She has a flexible, coaching-oriented leadership style that prioritizes your development and she fosters a supportive environment with continuous, sharp feedback, ensuring you learn the Qonto methodology and quickly become autonomous while trusting you with real responsibility.

• Experience: Strong academic background with at least two solid internships

• Education: You are a Master’s student from a top Engineering or Business School.

• Skills: You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, able to digest complex information quickly.

• Languages: You are fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Mindset: You are proactive, structured, and eager to learn how to conduct projects in a changing environment.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
