It is home to the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, with a large reserve component. The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2500 US marines every 6 months from May to September. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services. It also operates a 22-bed low dependency ward 24/7. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts). What you’ll do   Coordinate equipment hire and support stocktake activities using inventory management systems Picking, packing, issuing, and dispatching medical, dental, and general supplies Assist with maintenance of medical and dental equipment Replenish first aid kits under pharmacist supervision Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery   Ensure compliance with Defence policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards    What you bring   Minimum 2 years full-time experience as a Store-person (or part-time equivalent). Current forklift licence (desirable). Experience within a warehouse or stores environment (desirable). The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour The ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients.
