Your mission consist in using the available assets ensure customers and prospects will experience a seamless digital journey which will either boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the digital strategy of the group and its execution and you operate as a spider in the web to connect the brands, captives and CMO. In this position, you lead the team of digital and CRM professionals. Your contribution : o Define and lead the strategic vision for the Digital & CRM team, translating business priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap.o Own and manage the team budget, ensuring strong financial governance and alignment with brand objectives.o Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital and CRM specialists, enabling high performance, collaboration, and continuous skill development.o Act as a key stakeholder manager, collaborating cross functionally within Stellantis Netherlands and with Enlarged Europe to ensure alignment, scale, and impact.o Drive continuous optimization of websites and digital shopping tools, improving user experience (UX), usability, and performance.o Increase conversion and effectiveness across the full customer journey, from lead generation to sales and loyalty.o Leverage data, technology, and innovation by driving opportunities through centrally developed solutions such as CDP, AI chat, and other advanced digital initiatives.o Responsible for relationship with local division of the Digital & CRM Agency as part of a central construction.o Drive data management and opportunities maximization leveraging on centrally build technologies & projects (CDP, AI Chat, other innovative initiatives).o Support and strengthen collaboration with Publicis Collective, Brands and CMO department,o Provide end to end digital and analytics insights across the full digital landscape to simplify processes, enhance UX, and improve conversion to sales.
